DESCRIPTION
Strange trajectory that of Scott Rousseau... Conceived on August 28, 1951 in the toilets of the "Café des Innocents" (20th arrondissement of Paris) by parents heavily drunk, the dirt will not stop sticking to his skin. Mediocre student, lazy and devoid of any ability, it is quite natural that he turns towards a career as a cop... And that’s the revelation! Its panache and its violence, until then buried, are the two weapons that will lead it to the summits. Settling many trafficking cases, he sympathizes with the underwolrd and quickly becomes very "influential". To him girls, cocktails, life of debauchery, but also the discovery of alternative cultures...
1986, a narcotics case brought him to the Chapel district. His informers reveal to him the existence of a zone of lawlessness, "the terrain of Stalingrad". There, he discovers the Hip-Hop movement. His life changes. He resigns and runs to get an Akai S900 sampler...
